Features
Homeowner Education – SolutionView Tablet helps walk the customer through the causes of their problems, so they can understand why you’re recommending the full suite of solutions your company offers.
Automated Solutions – When you ask questions like, “Are you interested adding a rain sensor to your system?” and the customer says, “Sure!” – Your company’s preferred rain sensor is automatically added to the Options Page.
Findings – Once the inspection is complete, the findings section helps the user share with the customer all that they’ve found, the cause, and what solutions are needed. SolutionView Tablet makes it easy for a customer to express interest in solutions, and lets them add them to the options page without commitment to purchasing.
Presentation - For larger projects, use the presentation feature to walk through the different solutions available to them. Each presentation has a follow-up area where they can continue to learn more or add to solution to the options page.
Tiered Options and Right-Sizing – SolutionView Tablet provides three project options for the homeowner to see all that is possible. The options page allows for them to compare projects without the need to leave the screen. The power in this page is that the homeowner can choose & select themselves! As selections are made, prices change. If you offer incentives or financing, apply those right to this page so that the customer see those in consideration into their final project selection.
Proposal and Payment – After the presentation, the homeowner is presented with a professional branded proposal and payment can be taken.
The guided experience that SolutionView Tablet provides from start to finish of an appointment is unmatched and will go a long way for consistent experiences of your company’s brand and overall customer experience. SolutionView 2.3.13 Release Notes
This update introduces significant enhancements to improve accessibility, flexibility, and user experience across the platform. For full release details, please visit the SolutionView Help Center that includes imagery and video walkthroughs.
Send Customer Portal Link:
You can now send a link to your customer’s portal before completing their appointment, giving them real-time access to updates like photos, inspection details, and presentations as the appointment progresses. Appointments now save incrementally in the cloud, and photos are sent to your CRM even before the appointment is officially wrapped up.
E-Sign Improvements:
The e-signature process has been completely redesigned for a smoother experience. It’s now similar to the Customer Portal interface, showing exactly where signatures will appear in the PDF while also reiterating contract details with your customer. Plus, you can now view the entire merged customer PDF in one place instead of navigating through separate documents
Inspection Enhancements:
Inspection forms have also been enhanced. Managing photos is easier than ever—tap the photo icon to see a grid view of all the images you’ve added to your inspection form.
Drawing Enhancements:
Drawing tools have received a major upgrade. There’s now a dedicated Drawing step in the navigation, making it easier to access. You’ll also notice greater flexibility in how you create and manage drawings, whether you’re previewing them for each project, importing drawings from external apps, or customizing them for specific areas or services. You can even create multiple canvases for different project needs or choose whether a drawing is included for each project.
Build Presentation Screen:
The Presentation screen has been reimagined and renamed to the “Build Presentation Screen.” You can now edit Introduction and Closing presentations, control which solutions and presentations appear during an appointment, and customize the order of both solutions and their presentations for a tailored flow.
Presentation Enhancements:
When presenting, updates to the queue make it easier to track your place, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
Customize Product Quantity Display:
Product quantities on contracts can now be customized further by using inspection form fields or setting specific labels. These updates make it easy to populate quantities dynamically for different sub-areas of your project.
More Menu:
To simplify navigation, we’ve consolidated several tools—like Exit Meeting, Files, Resources, and the new Send Portal Link—into a single “More” folder at the bottom of the navigation.
Download Screen:
The Download screen has also been refreshed. It now displays the size of downloads along with an estimated time for completion.
Updates to Add Solutions Field Type:
Enhancements to the Add Solutions field type for forms, making it more consistent and customizable. Titles match other section sizes, subtitles can now provide additional details, and area-specific guidance helps streamline workflows. Solutions can be displayed all at once or selected individually for greater control.
Additional Enhancements:
This release also includes various tweaks and styling updates across the app to improve consistency and visual clarity.
