This app has a high potential, but so far the experience is poor. It looks like it utilizes a web view with a super glitchy frontend. Almost every time you want to get updated data you have to close the app and launch it again. The second screen with total production dashboard can be shown as a half after switching between the screens and zooming the panels map. Also would be great to make it possible to allocate panels on the map in the same way as they installed and show inverters and their data as well on the map. Now I just see the rows of panels and have no idea about their physical location, even I have the plan and actual pictures of installed panels - that doesn’t correlate in the UI.

Dear product owners and developers, please spend some cycles on grooming this app. This is a bad experience so far, but I believe you can make it MUCH better in a short term. This app is awful. It looks like a web view, with exceedingly limited information. It was just updated this week (August 09, 2024). The graphics and animations are better but clearly it hasn’t been tested very well. Electric moving between grid and house is not right direction. Animation from battery to house doesn’t work correctly.

Also most information is oriented at a year. I want to see right now, today, week, then maybe month and year.

It’s better than before but you need to use 2 apps (Duracell Solar Home) and this one to get a good idea about system status.

Duracell is a big company. I’d expect their apps and websites to be better 😭
