Description
SnowMow is like the Uber or Doordash for all of your snow removal and lawn care needs. This customer app allows your to add properties or vehicles and request someone complete a service such as 'driveway snowplowing', 'snow car clean off', or 'sidewalk shoveling'. Simply place an order, track who is coming to take of your snow removal request, and watch the progress on the job in real time. You will never need to search, call around, or wait and wonder when someone will come and remove your snow again!

Poor app-does not work
Trying to set up with my Apple ID, it just keeps asking me over and over to sign up. This app does not work.

Hi, we ran additional checks on a wide variety of different devices and did come across any issues using Apple Id for the login method. We would like to help you to help you trouble shoot any issues you have been having. Can you provide additional information regarding your situation?
Which version of the app are you using? : The version number is in the lower left hand corner of the login screen.
Were you having trouble creating an account of logging into an existing account?
When using Apple Id did you choose the option to share your email address when logging in?
Which iOS version are you on?
Can you try logging in an additional time, ensure you are entering the correct password and then take a screenshot of the app if it does not log you in?
We hate to see anyone who is trying to use our app have a 1 star experience and anything we can do to help improve that experience we will do. Also did you try contacting our customer service department to help with these issues?
