I downloaded this app months and months ago, never made an account, but somehow they charge me ever single week and pull money from my account no clue how they manage to do it, doesn’t let me dispute is or cancel this ‘subscription’ i never even signed up for. SCAM RIP OFF OF A COMPANY
They have been stealing my money $30 at least a month every month!

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. If you have accidentally subscribed, please note that you have a 3-day free trial period during which you can cancel your subscription directly in the settings of your Apple account. Here is a guide from Apple on how to do it: https://support.apple.com/en-qa/118428, or you can search Google for "how to cancel an Apple subscription."

I would also like to address your accusations. We do not take any money without your consent; it is simply not possible. Even if you were to accidentally click to subscribe, you would still need to log into your Apple ID (which could be via Face ID) and give your agreement again. There is no way for us to engage in the practices you are accusing us of, even if we wanted to. Regarding the claim of "$30 at least every month," our subscription rate is $1.99 USD weekly. Given there are approximately 4 weeks in a month, it cannot sum up to $30.

I apologize if my application has caused you any trouble, and I hope you never find yourself in such a scenario again. However, it was never my intention to obtain anyone's money through fraud or scam. If there were a system to give your money back, I would do it. A clear indication that my intentions are genuine is reflected in our app's rating. We have received over 7,000 ratings worldwide, with an average of 4.7, which is exceptionally high for a mobile application.

so the app is okay… i guess. there’s rlly not much you can do on it, and the pictures and descriptions it gives on the app store don’t rlly match with the app itself. it is very limited to what you can do, unless you upgrade pro for some money. i know it’s not a scam, but it kinda feels like it. there are a lot of better apps out there that accomplish a lot more and the stuff that this app is trying to achieve, but can’t. not the worst app ever created, but probably wouldn’t recommend it.
