Face ID - won’t work after resting the phone
Face ID won’t work after resting the phone; when you try to enroll Face ID again, it crashes the app! A serious bug needs to be fixed urgently!
Unreliable Platform and Poor Customer Service
My experience with SNB Capital has been deeply disappointing. The share cost figures displayed on their platform are consistently inaccurate, creating a false impression of profitability while I am, in fact, incurring losses. This level of misinformation is unacceptable for a financial institution, as it undermines trust and sound decision-making.
To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to address these discrepancies, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. I strongly advise against using SNB Capital’s services until they improve both the reliability of their platform and the quality of their support team.
Face ID and Text message
Dear Alahli group
I’ve been trading stocks with SNB capital for over a year now and it a great app and all but there’s one issue (not an issue for some users who have good signal coverage)
In future updates please consider making it possible to log in to the app using Face ID not with text message confirmation
Like with SNB Mobile app.
I can see the stock progress on SNB mobile because I can enter the app with only Face ID.
But it’s not the same with SNB Capital
