There is a bug in heat button
The heat button sometimes works sometimes doesn’t.
In order to make it work, you need to open the app, then turn on the device, and restart the device. Otherwise the heat button won’t work. This is so weird.
Can you guys fix that?
It doesn’t work!
The app can’t find the device. It didn’t come a remote. I replaced my first one because it didn’t have a remote and it couldn’t connect with the app. Now the second one I got is doing the exact same thing… NOTHING! I really hoped it would work because it looked like a great product, but unfortunately looks can be deceiving! I’m sending it back!
Need a longer timer
15 minute limits isn't nearly long enough. Everytime it finishes you have to shut the device off and reconnect. Fix these two things and it's a solid product
