Terrible payment process
In the world we live in, how is ApplePay not a payment option?!?!
Nobody carries physical credit cards on their person anymore. And Scandinavia has trained us to be this way!!!!
Every single payment system that is meant to work anywhere in the Scandic regions should have Apple Pay as a standard payment option. Period.
Not mature enough
Buggy payment processing. Remembered cards are not functional. Map does not define icons.
If You’re From Out of Town This App Will Save You
TLDR: Rent a gas car if you are from out of town or use Smooev.
Saying that it was a nightmare to find charging for our rental EV would be an understatement. Many of the chargers in NL only worked for Dutch residents fortunately Smooev worked for us as we were from out of town. Smooev was literally the only chargers between Amsterdam and Rotterdam that would charge the car for us without a “charge card”.
