App is trash

The app for this is completely garbage. Tried it on several different platforms. The app opens up and is soon as you click on the screen that you want to look at the app closes. I’ve gone through a laundry list of troubleshooting and nothing seems to help. I was trying to overlook the fact that the plugs for the camera say, for camera, printed right on them. Not very incognito if you ask me. This, on top of the apps problems Makes this whole set up useless for anybody who wants to monitor from a far.

Piece of crap app!!!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! A big part of why I bought this camera system was the fact that I can monitor my cameras via my smart phone (or so the advertising said). If you are going to advertise for something that you cannot provide, rethink your marketing! Totally disappointed in this product because of this. It is unfair to your clients or customers that you leave them in the dark when it comes to your “app“. Why can’t you people fix this problem?!?!

App stopped working on iPhone

App updated and now wont open at all. Starts to open then crashes. Didn’t have this problem until the last update. Please fix asap thanks
