Smile Todo - Time Management 4+

This app is great for habit, todos, and memory making. I used this app for a week before I paid, but I have never been more sure of an in-app purchase! This app is very cute and has a feel-good way of keeping me accountable. It reminds me of our behavior folders we had in school where the teacher would draw faces, except WE are in charge of our day score card!!! (Hack: I made a “freebie” habit which I punch daily as a way to get happy point just for checking in 🏅) I have adhd and the customization of the app is helpful in keeping me coming back! I use the notes feature to write small journals about my day and quick notes about tasks that I can look back over. You can set tasks in advance, rank their priority, and the art style makes it feel more comfortable ❤️ I can tell English is not the developers primary language, but it is still very well designed and easy to use! What you put into it is what you will get out, however I think it can be useful for everyone. One feature I’d like to see in future updates is the ability to group habits and tasks! Like morning routine, night routine, etc ✨ Thank you for this day changing app!

I love the functionality of this app and the idea and I think it pulls it off really well. The one complaint that I have is the continuity of pausing/deleting habits. When I pause a habit it doesn’t require me to do that habit to get the smiley, but when I unpause it, now all the days it was paused I no longer have the same score for because it puts that habit back onto those days lowering the score that I had for them. A similar thing happens with deleting habits. When I delete a habit now all the sudden it is gone for all the previous days that I did it. It would be nice if when I pause a habit and unpause it doesn’t then add the habit back to the paused days, and when I delete a habit for the future it shouldn’t remove all the times I did it in the past. It’s a somewhat small thing and I didn’t notice it at first but now that I’ve been using the app for a few months it makes me sad to look back on those days I did really well and now they’re all messed up because they have habits on them that I wasn’t doing at the time. Also when I decide I want to do a habit more than once a day so I change the amount of times, now all the past times I did that habit I lose the check off because I changed it. If I change a habit it should change from today on, not in the past. If this issue was fixed I would 100% give this app 5 stars because it has done wonders for my productivity and is fantastic in every other way.

I really like this habit tracker. You know that sentiment of whatever you use is the one that is the best, for me this is the one. The effectiveness lies in the simplicity and layout that mimics paper notecards. It just looks like a bunch of nice notecards in pastel colors. You press the notecard to complete the habit and confetti comes up on the screen(along with some nice tactile feedback). Has a weekly/monthly view to trend your progress. Has a to do function which if it worked the way I wanted would make me forgo my other to do lists. It’s nice as it uses the note card but it doesn’t carry over to the next day if you don’t complete. I need something to keep reminding me until the task is complete. Overall a well designed simple app. p.s. I am still using the free version so can not comment on the paid version. Will upgrade as soon as I use this consistently for two months.
