Great minimal launcher

Really enjoying this interface so far. I found it through the digital minimalism/detox subreddit (I can’t remember which specifically) and I’m glad I did. Having no paywall is so wonderful, and I found syncing it with my shortcuts to be pretty easy. If I had to make a critique, I wish that eventually there would be more than just 5 widgets, simply for personalization’s sake, but sometimes having a limitation is a good thing, so it hasn’t posed an issue yet. If there’s a way to buy a Kofi or contribute one-off to help keep it free I’d be happy to do that. Thanks for making this app!

Best free minimalist app launcher/widget

I tried another one before this, but it didn’t have the option to add apps that weren’t on the default list like this one does. Process was a bit confusing at first but the developer has a YT video to go over the instructions.

I like the additional customization for fonts, spacing, etc.

The only thing missing that I’ve seen on similar apps would probably be a corresponding date/time calendar widget to fill up the rest of the screen, but that’s the only ‘nice to have’ I can think of.

Other than that, it’s perfect for what I was looking for to reduce my screen time (paired with ScreenZen features).

Great when it works

I really love this app, it’s exactly what I’m looking for, however, I’m not sure if it’s just me but it only seems to work about half of the time. When I click one of the app titles it should, in theory, activate the shortcut and open the app, but it doesn’t. Instead, half the time it opens the smile app and just sort of stays there while I wait for the shortcut to activate, which it doesn’t. It isn’t even like I’m putting the wrong shortcut name in because sometimes it’ll open and sometimes it won’t.
