Sluice is a custom-built commercial workflow application that incorporates cloud services and integrated client back end systems, which are easily customizable to meet a diverse set of customer workflow and work tracking requirements. Sluice allows localized expertise and automated process workflows to accelerate the delivery of more accurate reports. Designed to manage a large, diverse network of contract professionals, Sluice allows for the assignment of work directly to the right contractor at the right time in the field.
Once an order has been accepted into Sluice, the contractor can complete the order in the field, even if Cell or Wi-Fi services are unavailable. Completed orders can be submitted when back online without any loss of work. Not being dependent on cellular coverage or Wi-Fi speeds up the delivery of assignments and more accurate data input while on site. All data collected is logged and verified including photo location in order to minimize fraud.

I apologize in advance if others have already mentioned these things. 1. The app doesn’t have an option to keep you signed in so every time you open the app you don’t have to sign in again every time. 2. The location of the order should display at the top somewhere so you know where it’s located before accepting it. 3. There should be an option in the app to contact technical support.
The good things are that the instructions are in the order as a pdf so you can print them from inside the app, and the borrower information like the phone number is tappable so you can call from within the app.

Hello. I apologize for the delay in responding but wanted to comment on your feedback. We have made improvements to avoid the app automatically logging you out, and we also support Face ID so that just glancing at your phone will automatically log in to Sluice. When you open an order in Sluice, we show a map to the subject property at the top of the page, which hopefully helps pinpoint the location. Can’t complete order on app
The company I do BPO’s for say that I can complete the order on the app. This is wrong. There is no button that allows you to enter information. Just the following. Maps, schedule, access attempts, product instructions, contacts. The other annoying thing is every time I change from app to app I have to re-login to sluice. So when I look up the map of the property and then come back login. When I change to send a text RE-login. So annoying!

Hello. I apologize for the delay in responding. Sluice supports completing many different BPO and inspection formats within the app. However, not all companies that offer those products have made their forms available to be completed in that way. Orders that can be completed in the app have a View Form button that appears in the order listing. We've also made adjustments to avoid the frequently log out behavior that you've noticed, and we support Face ID which (if enabled) allows just a glance at your phone to log in to the app. I hope that helps.
Logging me out constantly for no reason
App is currently logging me out anytime I leave app including when I leave the app open but switch to another app on my iPhone. I can’t seem to get IT assistance or unable to report issue.
Please fix this issue or advise on how I can perhaps fix myself.
