Description

This application can help you determine the presence of sleep apnea and wake you up or alert people nearby if you don't move or breathe for more than 20 seconds.

Sleep apnea is a cessation of breathing during sleep that lasts up to 2 minutes. When breathing stops for a long time, the oxygen content in the blood decreases significantly, which can cause significant harm to health.

Typically, sleep apnea is diagnosed in clinics using a device that records many parameters of the body of a sleeping person.

This application is not an alternative to a medical examination, however, it can in some cases help you determine the presence of sleep apnea and also see the time and number of breathing stops.

In addition, this app can use a sound to wake you up or alert people nearby if you don't move or breathe for more than 20 seconds.

Would be great if it worked. Numbers never appeared after following instructions
