Im telling y'all now. Do not buy the product that is supposed to connect to this app. The connection process is entirely too difficult. The app doesn't even work it sends you into a loophole of trying to connect to the device's Wi-Fi and then proceedes to tell you that there's no Internet connection, if you try to keep pressing the power button, it will continue to send you to your own settings. This whole product and app is a scam. If your product does end up working, it works once and will either not charge, not have an adequate camera, Or will continue to freeze the video starting and stopping when you look. So, there is also a safety issue on top of the agitating loophole issue. The product is all bad. Just buy a better quality one or just go to a ear doctor because it's literally not worth it whatsoever.
And if the app developers look at the reviews, no shade, but y'all need to do way better with handling the bugs that are within your app before letting people use it.

This product does work as it says it does and it’s pretty darn cool! The issue that people are having is just that they aren’t connecting to the device as a Wi-Fi source. You download the app turn the device on after charging it fully so I would just say to charge it for an hour to be sure because when I tried it out of the box all it really needed was to be charged. I put it on the charger for about two minutes, and the camera was working and then it stopped because it wasn’t charged. After it’s charged turn the device on and connect to it as if it’s its own Wi-Fi source. it will say that there is no Internet connection but once your device has a checkmark at the Shin Wi-Fi connection just go to the app and it will go from disconnected to connected it and from there it worked!!! I guess either people aren’t reading correctly or they just aren’t using it as it’s described.

This app worked great the first handful of times. I was able to save photos or record if I wanted to. And now it freezes every few seconds - every time.

I’ve tried turning it off and on, reinstalling the app. I don’t know what else I can do and nothing has made it work like it did when I first got it. The app also hasn’t gotten an update in over a year which probably would explain it. When I use it now I have to click connect, then click back because the live video completely disappears for whatever reason, and then click the connect button and it will work but it will freeze over and over.

I already got a refund for the ear cleaner camera and I would suggest anyone who gets a device that uses this app to also get a refund immediately. It’s such a shame because I absolutely loved using it at first! Will definitely look for another ear cleaning camera that has good reviews first.
