Works but consumes a lot of power
The app works fine on iPad Pro 12.9” but it rips through the battery at an unprecedented pace. While you might say just leave it plugged in, that still generates a ton of heat and also wears the battery. The same thing happens on my M1 MacBook Pro 15”. I hope this is a bug and not really how the app is supposed to work.
Would also be nice to delete shots in history after the fact. And map bag across sessions instead of doing it all at one time.
Works great with required hardware
This app works great now and doesn’t require me to have my entire PC outside in the garage.
A lot of these reviews are based on people not having the proper hardware requirements so that’s not really fair to you review something that you’re not able to run due to your own negligence .
On an iPad, this app requires an M2 or M4 chip to run, and on an iPhone it requires the A15 Bionic chip or further. You can reach out to the sky track support via instant chat if you have any questions like I did.
Love the app so far, but…
Using on a 2024 M2 iPad Air and M4 Mac mini. Has some lag, and glitches on “worm burner” shots with 200+ yd rollouts. The “multi range” in challenges fails to load. Minor play tweaks to the realism in “courseplay” would be welcomed.
