You can have one vocabulary with 10 buttons for free. For unlimited, you can subscribe at any time using the in-app purchase*.
* Sizzit Pro is a yearly subscription service that costs $23.49 (prices vary by region). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Your subscription can be managed in your iTunes Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
