"The SimplyCare app is like having a virtual front door to our SimplyCare primary care practice in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. It’s specifically designed to be the easiest way for patients to communicate with us right from their smartphone or tablet. As a patient using the SimplyCare app you’ll be able to:
MESSAGE US. Convenient and secure two-way communication with our office when a phone call isn’t necessary.
SEE US THROUGH VIDEO VISITS. Schedule a video visit by finding available times in your SimplyCare app's calendar. Or, see us right away if we are currently taking virtual video visit walk-ins. The app will let you know if we're available now. SimplyCare’s secure, reliable, high-quality video visits let you see us for many common medical issues when a trip to our office isn’t necessary or possible.
GET NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS. The SimplyCare app will let you know when you’ve received a new message from us or have an upcoming appointment scheduled.

Time Saver
I love this app! It’s super easy to use, and scheduling a virtual doctor appointment is SIMPLE! Even better is the ability to hit the 'see now' button to schedule a quick visit when I have a few extra minutes. After selecting ‘see now,’ you get sent to a virtual waiting room (I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to connect with Dr. Mehta). I also love that I can add my son’s profile to the app, so setting up an appointment for him is just as easy. Plus, I can store my FSA card on file, so I don’t have to look for my card—it’s all within the app. Gone are the days of driving across town and sitting in a waiting room—this app is perfect for me and my family. The only thing I miss is seeing everyone at the SimplyCare office.
This app, Dr. Mehta, and the entire SimplyCare staff are amazing. I love this app and this office!
