Useless Application
Your application doesn’t work. After launching the application it gives popup 4-5 times and after that it stucks on the blank screen for infinite period of time. May b you guys should invest more on better development of the application and also make sure the quality of your application by testing it.
Otp screen lags
When changing pw right after first logon otp gets automatically removed whenever you try to type.
I believe QC and Quality Assurance should do more test. Or Silk bank should hire university student to make workable application
Worst Application Ever
The app is not working properly. Every time i need to transfer the Money i need delete the old one and reinstall the app. Sometimes it takes days to work. Worst application ever i have seen.
