The app and everything was working great. since I merged it to my iPhone 16 I’m not able to see the transfer option to a mobile money

I used Sika Cash to send money to Guinea through Orange Money, and my experience was deeply disappointing. While the initial transaction process appeared successful on the app, the funds never reached my recipient's Orange Money wallet. This caused significant stress and inconvenience for both myself and my intended recipient.

What makes this situation worse is the unprofessional customer service response. When attempting to resolve this issue, I found the support team to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This is particularly problematic for a financial service where people trust the platform with their hard-earned money.

While the app's interface for sending money to West Africa seems straightforward, the actual service delivery fails to meet basic reliability standards. I cannot recommend this app until they:

1. Implement better transaction tracking systems
2. Improve their integration with local payment services like Orange Money
3. Significantly enhance their customer service quality

For anyone looking to send money to West Africa, I strongly advise exploring other established remittance services to avoid similar issues.

My relative told me about SikaCash because of their exchange rate. I downloaded the app and decided to try it. It has yet to work for me.

Each time I log on, I get stuck either with payment processing or just getting into the actual App. Facial recognition works at times, and so does the ID pin. But many times, both do not work. I’m forced to reset my PW and return later for it to work. And when I enter my debit card info, i get stuck there watching their logo spin over and over. I end up quitting and repeating the same thing over and over. It’s annoying and quite disappointing.

Remitly, another money transfer app offers lower exchange rates, but their app works PERFECTO. It’s quick and user-friendly, unlike SikaCash, which is clumsy and not user-friendly at all.

SikaCash, please fix your app and win over people like me. I shouldn’t have to go to an agent to send money to loved ones. That’s so old-school and time-consuming.
