Turned a lonely day at the range into a great time.
This app requires the Sig Sauer Bluetooth Target kit to work properly. I’ve been wanting to enter some competitive shooting events. This kit went on sale and I’m glad I jumped on it. I just spent the afternoon at the local range. Nobody wanted to go with me. I gave this app a try with the Sig target system a try. It was challenging to try to remember the correct sequence of letters. I wound up having a great time. It seems like great practice for competitive shooting or just to have fun at the range. I’m looking forward to playing two player games and trying some of the other targets.. Everything seems to work fine for me. I used AirPods underneath ear protection. The only hiccup was if my AirPods detected a voice, it would mute the audio from the app and I wouldn’t hear all of the letters. but other than that, this app app and target system is a good deal. Keep an eye out for specials on the sig sauer website.

New OHD features
Got to try it for the first time today, and I am REALLY impressed with the OHD features. As someone who shoots at least once a week or sometimes more, the thought of having to replace the sensor targets frequently definitely steered me away from this app at first, but the print your own paper targets and pay for the monthly subscription seemed like the much better value for me! Having the app not only track your hits, but times and split times too? Yeah, seems like it would be a whole lot easier than buying a a shot timer, scoring your hits yourself and then taping over the target to start over! This will help me get ready for the Fall Brawl even sooner! I do hope that games like for the sensor targets are in development for the OHD app as well! Honestly the most fun I have had in a solo range trip in a LONG time! Can’t wait to go play more!
