VIEW YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
Access and manage your work schedule on your mobile device. View shifts you are working, all shift details, and get push notification reminders before each shift.
FIND COVERAGE FOR YOUR SHIFT
Can’t make it to work? No problem! Post your shift on the Shift Marketplace and find coverage from another team member. Once a manager approves, you are off the hook!
PICK UP EXTRA WORK SHIFTS
Looking to earn extra income? Pick up shifts by browsing available work opportunities on the Shift Marketplace. Tap on a shift to apply. Once you are approved, head in to work!
COMMUNICATE WITH YOU TEAM
Stay connected without trading phone numbers with your coworkers. Access the Community tab to send direct messages or post multimedia on team channels.
REQUEST TIME OFF
Make time off requests for days you need off in your calendar. View accrual balances, and submit the request for managers to approve.
TAKE VOLUNTARY TIME OFF
When VTO opportunities are made available, tap to apply and offer to take the day off. Once approved, enjoy your day off!
ADMIN FEATURES:
POST OPEN SHIFTS
Broadcast 1 or 100s of open shifts with the tap of a button. If you need team members to work, post a shift, add a description, and select the group. Then manage applications as they come in.
APPROVE AND DENY SHIFTS
Review and approve or deny shift swap applications between team members, and for manager posted shifts. Manage multiple applications all on one shift card.
VIEW TEAM ROSTERS
Manage the daily roster and see which employees are working when. View job positions and shift start/end times. Add Open Shifts and VTOs directly from the roster card.
POST ANNOUNCEMENTS
Post announcements with read receipts. Send announcements to your location on a team channel, and see who has marked the announcement as read.
SHARE PHOTO SCHEDULES
Still using paper scheduling? Take a photo of a printed schedule to send to your team. Team members will be able to view the schedule in their shift calendar.
MANAGE USERS & GROUPS
View all location team members and approve or deny users into the location. Create new groups for shift posting and communication channels to send messages.

Not enjoying the update
My job uses this app to trade and pick up shifts and I think it worked well. Unfortunately this new update has made the app more complicated and confusing to use. I personally liked how all the shifts were easier to see/find in a grid type format (I think that’s how you would describe it). Now it’s all bulky, bubbly, and spread out. I feel like this is a “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” situation. I seems like the people behind the app are trying to mimic a social media aesthetic but this is not social media. I really regret updating the app. It worked perfectly fine before.
Plus the update keeps crashing for me.
On a positive note the schedule feature was a nice add. Being able to see my schedule through the app is efficient.

Not user friendly
When I got this app I thought it would be helpful but unless your employees are doing all the work of adding their own schedules to the app it is not helpful. Trading shifts does not work unless ALL employees have added the schedules to the app. Do not pay for upgrade either it’s a rip off. I’ve asked for a refund but they will not offer it. Stating I have to go through App Store for refund, but since I purchased app and upgrade over 90 days ago a refund is not possible
Through App Store. If I can prevent 1 person from using this app my upgrade fee is worth it. Do not get this app.
***Since I wrote this review the company has contacted me several times to work with me and actually offered and sent me a refund. Although my staff does not like that they have to input their own schedules into the calendar now and I preferred the advantage of having it uploaded for me as the store owner, we will try to make it work for the time being.
The other features worked much better when they were offering this service. It streamlined the scheduling aspect. I personally felt it was what set this app apart from the other apps. I can send a text with my excel spread sheet in it to them so posting it on the app now seems like a waste of time. With all that being said I have upped the star rating because of their customer service. They all were wonderful and very professional.

Note that shift swapping can take place without the uploading of schedules - it is a feature that we happily offer as a free service.
In light of your experience, we are gladly refunding your payment while keeping the Pro features (location locking, the ability to turn off tipping and delete user posted content) turned on for your account. Note that the calendar schedule is still fully operational. The change is that our team is no longer able to manually add your schedules to the calendar. The automatic upload feature was retired for a number of reasons - mainly due to lack of use. Your employees still have the ability to add their own shifts to the calendar and any user can post a picture of the schedule.
Our goal to provide the best possible user experience and to delight our customers. We have designed our app with the end user in mind and will continue to make improvements as we roll out new features for our customers.

New Update is Awful
I had no problems with the old set up of the app. Now I have the new update and there are so many things wrong with it. First of it shows previous shifts from many months ago so right when you get into the app make sure to check what month you are looking at cause it is probably not the current month. Also make sure you take screenshots of your schedules because even though you click the schedule button which is supposed to show the pictures of the schedule, it most likely will not show up. I haven’t been able to see my works’s schedules all day, sometimes they will appear but most of the time they are nowhere to be found. I also have trouble seeing the open shifts posted on the app. I am casual so I pick up open shifts and I currently in the last couple days have been relying on other people telling me what open shifts there are because all of our apps show different things. Not to mention when you go to the current date on the app, for me at least, no shifts will even show up. None of the open shifts that still are waiting to be picked up or have been picked up will appear on the current date. So when I go on app before I head into work for the day and look at today’s date, it is blank. All of the employees who have updated their app have complained about it. We are all confused and have the time we all see different things on our screens. I miss the old app.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We've made some fixes in the latest update that may help with the changing month error you were experiencing. After applying the micro-filters from the toggle icon in the top right corner, the new high-level filter options will help when you are looking to just view your schedule. Deselect the 'Marketplace' filter so only 'Schedule' is highlighted. This will show you your scheduled shifts and those you've picked up. If you want to just view all posted shifts including the Open Shifts, you will want to ensure your micro-filters (toggle icon) are showing Open shifts and all Shift Statuses. Once you have those micro-filters applied, you can then go back to the Calendar feed, deselect 'Schedule', and only have 'Marketplace' highlighted. This should show you all the available Open shifts. We would be happy to share some more information on navigating the new version or answer any questions you may have.
