Shiftify - Shift Work Calendar 4+

I have needed something to track my hours at work because we don’t use an electronic system at work. But I wanted something that could calculate my hours including my breaks. I do work different shifts so I also needed something to be able to customize my shifts. This app does all of that. I love this app and especially because it doesn’t prompt me all the time to purchase to keep using. Here’s my thoughts on the app:

Pros:
-User friendly (easy to use from the jump)
-customization for shift’s including breaks.
-color coordination (beautiful colors at that! )
-calcification of hour’s including paid and unpaid breaks.
-option to add your tax % and hourly pay.
-calendar view

Cons:
-Can’t change the times without having to create a whole new shift. (ie: if you need a clock in time of 5 minutes late. You have to create a whole new shift instead of adjusting that individual shift of the day)
-The Overtime settings/shifts are NOT user friendly and there’s no real help to figure it out.
…….which for me is a unfortunate because I work OT almost daily and as of right now the calculations are not pullin them over.

That’s it! I’m going to keep working with it and hopefully can figure out the OT settings. I’ll update when/if I do!

I work with seven different companies and 3 of them I accept those shift ahead of time. Having shiftify help keep me organized and on top of my shifts so I know when to set my alarm and at a glance how much I made for the week. I also used to used the app for when I work as an independent caregiver and even though I worked with one company I picked my shifts so my hours were all over the place as well as the pay so this app is truly versatile. This app is invaluable to me and can’t say enough good things about this app.

This is the best free app I found to put my work schedule in. My new job doesn’t post our schedules online, so this is the most helpful way for me to quickly access my schedule. I love all of the color options this app has which makes it visually easier to read than any other app I have tried!
