Clipboard
Clipping to my clipboard after scanning no longer works after the update. It doesn’t show up on my computer.
Connection Issues
Ever since the first releases of Shield Force I have to constantly log out and log back in to get call updates. If I am using the app during a shift, I guess I am logging out and back in at least 20-30 times. The calls will stay on the screen but when trying to go in for details nothing loads. Also if this happens calls are not being updated. Logging out and back in instantly fixes the issue. I cannot put any trust in the calls I see on the screen until logging back in.
The app is great when I log back in and can get info but it’s a major issue for me. I have been using SF now for several years and this has always been a concern.
Lacking Some features
Overall the app is very useful in the field. One improvement would be the availability to view call details of other calls when you’re on a ticket already. That would easily push this to 4 or 5 stars
