This app provides users with extensive features including workouts, meal plans, Balance and more, all of which require an active subscription. Users are required to make payments in order to have access to these exclusive features that are designed to enhance your fitness journey seamlessly.

Payments for access to the application will be auto-renewed if it is not turned off at least 24 hours before the current period. The account will be debited at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the app’s settings.

Amazing! Being waiting for this app for years!

I have been a huge fan of Denice ever since she began her journey! I started following her back in 2017, and it’s been amazing to witness her growth. The app she has created is truly outstanding—it's incredibly comprehensive and offers a variety of challenges that keep me engaged and motivated. I really appreciate the thought and effort that has gone into it!

It’s looks like a good app and the reviews prove it. I do think however there should be a free version of this especially for the people who can’t afford to pay the price. I get you need to support your app, but with prices rising and everything else it will be difficult for some people to consistently pay this. Just my opinion.

Rubbish.

This app is awful for advanced lifters. If you’re a beginner, sure it’s decent. There are no core foundational movements.. it’s all super sets and very “girly” workouts. The warm ups and cool downs contain more than the actual lifting session itself. No back squats, no deadlifts, no bench press, no leg extensions.. what is this even?! You’re not building solid muscle with this app, I am very disappointed. I know this woman does not train IRL the same way she puts these workouts in the app. In her IG posts she’s doing core foundational lifts.. not these odd workouts in the app. The “meals” are decent, you get zero help with macros/overall calorie intake, you get some meditation things (that you can get for free on YouTube) and you can track your water intake..

Some of these are the new Strong Legs & Lean Body program and 360 Sculpt & Strengthen. All of these workouts are in the app, and we're sorry to hear that finding them was challenging. It’s also worth noting that each meal has its calorie count and macronutrient breakdown (protein, fat, and carbs) listed to help users choose their meals more easily. In the Mind section, you’ll find much more than just meditation tracks; there are also motivational tracks for each day of the week, Sleep Journeys to help with sleep issues, and sleep soundscapes. Of course, we’ll pass your feedback along to the appropriate team! 🌸
