GETTING STARTED
If you have existing credentials from our customer website, you can use those same credentials to log into the app. Otherwise, create your user profile by selecting Sign Up once you have completed the download.

Signing in
Every time I go to sign in to make my monthly payment and or check my balance it tells me my information is incorrect when it is not . Then it prompts me to do a password change and I have done that every single time just to make a payment & im running out of passwords to use ! Please fix this issue it’s more of a hassle then anything this is why I rated it with one star it shouldn’t be happening every single time or at all when the information is correct. I could understand if I didn’t put the correct email and password but that is not the case .
Can't sign in
I have the same exact problem as the person with a previous review. Every single time I go to make a payment or log on my password is incorrect and they lock my account and i have to go on the phone and have someone help me. It's just too inconvenient of an app. It's not even clear balances and able to make other payments or even additional payments to get ahead. App is not useful at all I'd give it zero starts if i could. Save yourself some time and stress and call in your payment
For the love of all that is holy pay someone to make you an App.
Duct tape and bandaids shouldn’t be what is holding your App together… I shouldn’t have to write down the exact amount of my payment because it should tell me an amount due, not $0. Why can I not see my recent payments? The fact that you’re okay with your App being in this state makes me wonder if I shouldn’t just pay off my load, cause it’s sketch. And I’m sorry but I don’t want a sketch company handling my financial information. Do better
