Sharelife Frame
I’ve had my digital frame for a few years now. It worked great in the beginning but now it won’t let me send any pics. It’s asking me to renew my service but it won’t allow me to renew it. There’s no support team to call or email. I guess it’s time for a new one. I wouldn’t recommend this digital picture frame to anyone.
Unrenewable
The frame worked great for a year or two. Then the “service expired” and I can’t send any more pictures to the frame. It won’t let me renew the service, so I am just stuck looking at old pictures. I also cannot find any numbers or emails for customer service to resolve this issue.
Tells me I have to renew and pay
Our son got us a digital frame about 2 years ago and it has been great. I recently tried to upload more pictures and both the app and the frame are telling me I need to renew my service and pay ??? Of course the photo frame people will not get back to me. Guess it is time for a different frame. I wouldn’t get another Akiyo frame or use this app.
