Great work guys. Very easy to use
Trying to add service and stuck in a doom loop
The app might be convenient however I am stuck trying to add my license with a reply saying that:
Your application has restarted
We found a technical issue and had to restart
Please re-enter your details and try again.
I have been trying all day and also on the website and I get the same response.
I have 2FA and have triple checked my details are correct. The form knows if I have entered incorrectly but doesn’t allow correct information to proceed.

Hi AlejNN, we're sorry to hear you've had such a poor experience when attempting to link your driver licence to your account. There may be a mismatch with your details in the backend system, which our team is unable to resolve. Please try calling 13 77 88 to resolve this, as our Customer Concierge Operators have the necessary permissions to look into this. If they are unable to resolve the issue or your details in the backend system are correct, please then contact us at mobileapp@service.nsw.gov.au so we can look further into this for you. Thank you.
