Doable for someone new to meditation
I’ve wanted to work on adding a daily meditation practice to my routine but never found something I could stick with. This app makes it so easy! Carla’s voice is pleasant and conducive for entering a meditative state. I love this program because it’s doable-I can fit it around my schedule and my needs. I’m excited to keep working on reaching my spiritual journey goals with the help of this app!
