Your steps, distance and HR are recorded, stored and shared via HealthKit into the official IOS Health app for further processing by other applications and devices you might use. Using the app as standalone HealthKit analytics app allows you to read the steps and distance as energy generated in milli joules via our scientifically and empirically proven formula.

a work in progress
watch looks good, and generally functions well, but the app requires more support. frequently loses sync with the watch, though the latest update seems to have made this more of an occasional issue (definitely progress, but still frustrating)
also, the new features rolled out need explanation. how do i use sleep tracking, for instance? the sequent website doesn’t have any instructions either. really love what you guys are trying to do, but the software still needs a lot of work
