We’ve been working hard to make your shopping experience on the app even more extraordinary.
With the relaunch of our Unlocked membership programme, you'll be able to check how many keys you've earned. Our wallet pass and check in tool will help you collect keys when you visit our stores. You can view perks and also book onto events all from your app. We continue to make performance upgrades, squash bugs, and carry out usual housekeeping.

Shopping within one of Selfridges’ hallowed stores always feels like a luxurious experience. Diving into its sleek app is no different. Once we sign in, we feel like we have a personal shopper. Letting the app know where we are, for example, allows it to point us towards offers and exclusives in stores nearby so we don’t miss out.
You can’t actually shop on the app.
The app has shopping functions but you can’t place an order on it. Every time you add stuff to your shopping bag, there is an error. Sometimes you can’t even access your own profile on the app. I have also noticed there are different product offerings on the app than on the website. So if you find a product on the app, it’s not always available on their website. Not sure what meaningful purposes this app really serve.

I found Selfridges through a YT creator about 3.5 years ago. I quickly became a frequent shopper & purchased the global shipping. BUT, for at least a year now, I can’t get this app to function at all. For a while the issue was an error message when I tried to add to cart or wishlist. Then, that issue escalated to also include never saving my login info. Now, I have NO doubt those issues would still be my experience if I could even log into my account.
In the past, I would remove the app and then start over adding it to get it to work for a bit but after reading reviews that are 2 years old complaining about the same issue I am having and seeing Selfridges copy/paste response, it’s clear there is no point in trying. How have you been working for 2 yrs to improve your app with no improvement?
