Functional

This app is functional, and o er all does what it needs to, but in this age of technology I’d love for it to be better.
A complaint that I have is that every several months there is a glitch that stops the app from asking for my fingerprint instead of my password. Everything is appropriately set up and turned on, the app just never asks, so I gave yo ho back to entering my password. I have found that deleting the app and redos loading it fixes the problem, but to do that every few months is a pain.

Bill Pay is awful

The only section that needs to be improved is the bill-pay section. Choosing the date to send so it arrives on time is part of the process; however once you click submit, often that “deliver” date is different than what you chose. On many occasions I’ve had to cancel that bill payment and start over. Then there are those bills that you want to set up as automatic monthly payments. Also applying a nickname to a payee. These are things you can’t set up in the main portion of the site and have to click Options and then click Visit Bill Pay Site. There you have a horrible interface that is so user UN-friendly. If they could improve those abilities to the app, it would be a great improvement.

When you’ve exhausted your digital options… yikes!

I grew up in a very digitally, friendly family. My parents were young and today we have FaceTime family talk and I can tell you I use every application on every possible banking and or credit card app and I prefer not to use the telephone and hear a bunch of options that all right wait for my problem anyway and he rerouted a bunch of times and just keep my fingers crossed and tap my heels three times and hope that this time I can get a human being…..

Usually that’s fine and usually the app works pretty darn well, but I guess the quest for main… When you are happily dependent upon and you reach a point where you’ve exhausted your digital options and you truly do need a living breathing customer service representative to help you….. good luck!🙏🏼
