Needs work but I’m getting used to it
I’m getting used to it and starting to like it. The only section that needs to be improved is the bill-pay section. Particularly those bills that you want to set up as automatic monthly payments. Also applying a nickname to a payee. These are things you can’t set up in the main portion of have to click Options and then click Visit Bill Pay Site. There you have a horrible interface that is so user UN-friendly. If they could bring those two abilities to the app, it would be a great improvement.
When you’ve exhausted your digital options… yikes!
I grew up in a very digitally, friendly family. My parents were young and today we have FaceTime family talk and I can tell you I use every application on every possible banking and or credit card app and I prefer not to use the telephone and hear a bunch of options that all right wait for my problem anyway and he rerouted a bunch of times and just keep my fingers crossed and tap my heels three times and hope that this time I can get a human being…..
Usually that’s fine and usually the app works pretty darn well, but I guess the quest for main… When you are happily dependent upon and you reach a point where you’ve exhausted your digital options and you truly do need a living breathing customer service representative to help you….. good luck!🙏🏼

Mobile deposit not wonderful
The mobile deposit portion on the app is really awful. It covers most of the screen with a blank, such that it’s impossible to see the info without scrolling through an extremely small window. Without having discovered this by accident (since it was anything but intuitive) I’d have to give up ever using it.
Unfortunately our second bank uses the same software and I never got a “fix” from them either. I just gave up doing any mobile deposits into that bank and always used FBB. Now that SeacoastBank is in charge, it discourages me from mobile deposits.
Fortunately I have several other bank accounts that have easy to use mobile apps, so I’ll be using them more often.
