Description
The Navy’s Seabees Rate Training Manuals (RTM) mobile application gives Sailors in seven occupational fields a convenient way to complete required basic and advanced training – anytime, anywhere.
The Seabees RTM app features guides for Builder, Construction Electrician, Construction Mechanic, Engineering Aide, Equipment Operation, Steelworker and Utilitiesman ratings.
The guides can be viewed offline in a PDF format. Each chapter in the RTM has review questions that assess learning. A score of 80% or higher is needed to pass each chapter, as well as the entire course. Course completions are sent to Navy Training Management and Planning System as either pass or fail.

Assessments do not save
I love using this app to study for builder basic and builder advance. However, after completing the chapter assessment the app does not save my score. When I click complete an error pops up that reads: “ file:// Error: 404: error”….Please fix this bug
Need more apps like this
This is the best self-learning apps for sailor who interested in CB’s rates.
Most of our workplace don’t have mobile service and this app allows us to download the content and study it everywhere.
You don’t need Cac-reader to login like Navy-Elearning, you could use this app as a review before you take the course in Navy-Elearning.
And even better if you’re an undes sailor like me, this apps will serve as a reference for you to decide if you want to strike CB or not.
The only recommendation is Navy should have more apps for another rates too.

Considering these publications are no longer on eLearning, this app needs bugs fixed and updates.
