Our classes are all designed to deliver a high intensity- low impact workout. Our classes will tighten, tone and leave you feeling invigorated and strong. Our studios are extremely welcoming, clean and friendly. Our customer service is like nothing you’ve experienced before. Owners (Ellen and Sara) are available and accessible. They designed these studios to deliver the kind of experience and environment that they wanted for their own workouts! PERFECTION
This is literally the first fitness app that gives zero confusion or guessing. So straight forward, unbelievably easy to navigate, and appealing to the eye! You can see your membership or change it, see your purchases even like a digital receipt, book classes obviously, add to phone calander, track how many classes I've done, even add a guest through this app easy peasy to a class with you!!! I never write reviews on apps but I'm actually insanely impressed!
