Description

Schology was founded with the aim of bridging the gap between textbook theory and
real-world current affairs. Any teacher will tell you that A-Level is a step up from
GCSE. The top grades are accessible only through immersing yourself in your
subjects, staying on top of the news, reading case studies and discussing the wider
application of the theory you learn in the textbook.
Until now, there has been no service that empowers educators and students alike
with the news most relevant to them to help hit your target grade. Whether you're
aiming to move from a D to a C or an A to an A*, Schology ensures that you're
equipped with the tools you need.
How?
1. Three times a week, our team of teachers scan through the web finding the recent
articles most applicable to your subject. With backgrounds in your subject, our team
knows exactly what to pick to help your students hit all their AOs.
2. Having found an applicable article, our team goes to work curating it. Looking
through the lens of your specific subject, they integrate different elements of debate,
focus on core aspects of your syllabus, and suggest evaluative arguments.
3. These articles are then published on our app and website, with a new article 3
times a week, accompanied by the ability for students to create flashcards based on
the article, test themselves on key knowledge, engage in our class ecosystems and
more.
With versions available for Economics, Business, Politics, Geography, Sociology and
Psychology, we ensure that the articles are of the highest applicability to all exam
boards
We would love to have you onboard. If you have any questions or feedback, please
email robwilson@schology.co.uk. Our platform was built entirely from the feedback
of teachers across the country so we're always excited to connect.
