Not sure why all the negative feedback. This is a great product with great customer support. The app is simple to use and it works flawlessly, did not run into any issues.
They truly stand behind their product as well!!!!
Nothing works can’t connect to any device
Really disappointing Bluetooth and WiFi both don’t work. I have 2 products both don’t connect to Bluetooth. Purchased other brands and hey worked right away. Cheap diffusers also not made well was very disappointed
Doesn’t connect to device
Doesn’t connect, I closed and reopened the app and it logged me out, when I re-logged in it said user doesn’t exist. All around difficult to use and not worth the struggle. Just use the other options on the diffuser.
