This app lets you play melody and chords at the same time on your iPhone or iPad.
Included songbook with hundreds of famous tunes which you can play with no previous music theory background.
The whole app is based around simple scale numbers, which are the gold standard for understanding music.
Scalenumbers piano is also a midi controller and a powerful midi chord generator.
Easily compose chord progressions with rich and emotive extensions, transpose them into any key and customize the voicings to your exact preferences.
Either use the built-in sampler instruments to play on your device, or connect to your DAW for full midi input to your favourite synths.
Use the launch pads and midi CC dials to control scenes, drums or parameters in ableton or any other DAW.

Version 8.111
Just fixed a bug where the keyboard wouldn't play when the interval picker was showing on iPad.
Working on a much bigger update with a sequencer, should be done in a few weeks.

It’s truly such a beautifully simplistic approach to writing music. Love it.
Terrible
Developer advertised this on reddit asking for a flat fee for complete access to the app. He has since deleted his post, and is trying to charge early backers a subscription fee. Basically he sold his app to us, then said if you want to keep using it, give me more money.
Avoid.

Hey, sorry for what happened. I admit introducing the subscription was a mistake, at the time I didn't have the coding ability to let initial users keep their purchases. Anyway, i've recently rebuilt the whole app and with GPT's help I'm properly in charge of the purchase mechanism now, so if you would like me to send you a code to restore your original one time buyout then just let me know. If not then no hard feelings.
Awful
I paid $3.20 for this app when it first came out in order to remove ads and get the unlock pack. Then it updated and I don’t have those things anymore and have to pay .99 a month to remove ads. Horrible.
