She greets me every time I come in and helped me once again with my groceries and my car that would not start due to a broken key fan . Due to having several ministrokes in the past , I don’t have enough strength to turn my this on without help from a strong person , which was Miss Brenda . In starting this new year. Well, it’s kind of joke when you clip a coupon and then you go to use it, it doesn’t work, and then you hold up the line for all the others trying to check out because there’s only one register open!
After picking up several items which required using a shopping cart many of those items were not being rung up at the sale price or the clipped coupons price - so the stuff remained at the register.
That’s probably why I saw some packaged meat items in the cooler that were swelled up like a jellyfish - because the store on University Blvd in Jacksonville is trying to sell spoiled merchandise.
When you contact Corporate to find out why sale items via clipped coupons were not honored, you find out from corporate that it was only good at the store that you have claimed as your store on the app.
To top it off corporate really doesn’t care.
The health department would’ve had a field day with the packages of spoiled lunch, meat and hot dogs that were in packages that were swelled up like a jellyfish!🪼
It doesn’t matter which of the two other grocery store chains I shop clipped coupons can’t be used at different locations when your phone number is entered on the keypad when checking out.

I just have to say how much I appreciate the cashiers at the Lemont furnace Save A Lot on West Penn Blvd. They are the nicest bunch of people. Always pleasant. Always smiling. Always so helpful. If anyone in management could recognize these employees, it would be great. This is my local store, I’m there a lot. So if you know, you know!
