Account Manager
Once you updated the app with tons more areas to use I have been unable to approve expenses (Time).
I can see the person who entered their time to approve but there is no notes displayed and everything is grayed out.
Yes I have the license level to approve - I am forced to go to my laptop to approve now.
This was the main reason I used the app.
I think you have a bug that doesn’t let the user click on and approve expense entries.
Worst expense app ever
Terrible UX, so clunky….we switched from Expensify and this is like a blackberry app from 1997. Expenses take 5x longer and it’s so buggy. I can’t believe SAP built this. You have billions of dollars, invest in a decent app.

What does it do?
This app doesn’t do anything. If want to look up a sales order or even enter an order can’t do anything. Congrats it looks nice but does nothing.

The SAP Business ByDesign Mobile app provides access to various capabilities like reports, KPIs, account and contact management, self-services and more. Prerequisite to use it is that your company gives you authorization to use those additional work areas in your corporate SAP Business ByDesign system. If this is not the case you see only the parts for which you are authorized per default (e.g. self-services). So please get in touch with your SAP Business ByDesign system administrator to give you the right privileges and system credentials. Here you can see what other capabilities are available:
