This is what I have been searching for! No Lead Left Behind! I love how easy it is to set up a campaign, everything is automated so I no longer feel like I have to remember to keep reaching out to everyone or like I’m being ignored when they don’t respond. There are so many amazing features with this CRM and Sarah & Jeff are very helpful whenever you run into something you don’t know how to do.

They are still adding new features all of the time and I can’t wait to see what else they have up their sleeve!

I would personally love to see the app updated in the future so it’s more user friendly and can be used on the go. Also, would love a referral program, like a credit for people you refer or similar. I’ve had 3 agents in my firm join now and I’m sure there will be more in the future.

Was recommended this product by a friend who saw a demo and thought it would work for me. I am a real estate investor. Found that it is NOT a viable CRM and isn’t even able to used as a temporary contact solution because the basic functions simply do not work the way they are supposed to.

1- It’s very simple to set a campaign with text messages, voicemails, and emails which I was able to do. When I kicked off the campaign on a Friday only the voicemails went out and text messages did not??? The follow up round of text messages did send out but not the first, which made the messages confusing for the consumer.

2- Second day there was another round of RVM’s and texts that were supposed to send out but nothing was sent. There was no support number or email to help. The chat feature connecting to Sarah let’s you know that nobody is available until Monday so I was stuck.

3- System message sent at 3:40am??? The time stamp on the contacts and notes in the system did not correspond with what actually happened on the contacts. Inbound responses were in the notes prior to the notes showing when voicemail and text was sent. EX... the notes show as inbound call at 9am and our outbound message or text at 12pm of that same day. They confirmed its a timestamp issue on their part.

4th - Feature flaws. The system will only contact 1 phone number per contact and you cannot update the phone number and have the campaign continue. I was told if a contact has multiple numbers I must enter in multiple contacts with different numbers. A little archaic cuz plenty of software out there can dial multiple numbers but ok, it is what it is.

Have been told that they are fixing all these issues plus a list of others. I want to use the salespype product but there is obviously too much wrong with it to be a viable solution at the moment. Keep working on it. I am available to help Jeff if he needs it.
