Description
The Safety Delta app is an on-board tool to help seafarers keep a continuous improvement mindset and correct any poor safety behaviour even before anything goes wrong. Specifically, this app provides guidance on how to do the different tasks for each of the three stages of Safety Delta - Diagnosis, Dialogue, and Development. Through the app, the seafarers can access various learning materials focusing on different safety and human performance areas. It also serves as an electronic storage of relevant dialogue sheets, notes, and action plans.
