التطبيق لا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب
الموقع يحث على تحميل التطبيق لكن عند استخدام التطبيق وجدته صعب حيث ان الروابط لا تعمل و وجدت صعوبة في الوصول للمعلومات بشكل عام حيث انه لم تظهر اي معلومات عند تفاصيل الباقات فقط العنوان. عندما اردت التبليغ عن المشكلة لم استطع بسبب عدم عمل الروابط و لم اتمكن من الارسال. مثلاً عند انشاء طلب مطلوب تحديد العقد و لكن عند النقر على السهم لتحديد العقد لا يحدث شيء. بعدها عندما طلبت انشاء شكوى لم استطع ارسالها و ظل الرابط يطلب مني تحديد العقد مع اني غيرت الخدمة الى تقديم شكوى و لازال الرابط لا يعمل و لم اتمكن من ارسال اي شيء. اتمنى اصلاح المشكلة في التطبيق
