ZONES
•Zone workouts that notify you being in preset zones based on Age. Workout inside the zone and know when to push harder or slow down when performing cardio like running, swimming, or biking.
With the user's permission, RuxTux uses the HealthKit to enable the user to see their heart rate in real time during the workout.
FITNESS IS ALWAYS FREE
Create Custom Work outs. Create a profile online and find the class notes of the workout that is needed. Work outs are community based and are intended to be shared online.

This App uses the HealthKit or CareKit for in app functionality to display your current heart rate while in use. We do no collect health or Carekit data beyond that scope for any other means.
