Food still great but new update had me messed up trying to merge the accounts. Kept saying an email already existed and then when logging in saying an account hadn’t been set up yet. Had me create a new account, still said couldn’t merge because AGAIN an email already existed. Logged in again for the 10th time and is now showing the merge. Was just very weird and time consuming just to log in. Seems fixed now I hope 👀🤷♀️
New update to Franpos is abysmal
I order through this app quite frequently until now. This new update to a new loyalty program and order system is slower than my grandmas dial up connection. If I manage to get to the order screen, it wont even let me select a menu item, just a spinning wheel of death. Hope this is fixed soon! I love Runza!
Help
I am unable to create an account on the app. I keep getting an error message that states: “Error, The parameters of your request were invalid.” I’ve tried 2 different emails and everything else was entered correctly. I don’t know what else it could be. Please help. I love your guys food and would love to be able to use this app. Thanks.
