23 and Me says I've a bit of Irish in me but not enough to account for my love of the place. I’ve never been there but I’ve two Irish friends that planted something of it in me that just won’t stop growing and is turning my very flesh into this place I love. That flesh, unlike that of my friends, has never even seen the USA and, also unlike my friends, one from Belfast and the other Dublin, knows no division. Your programming is intimate and friendly and is seeded with bits of information I can get no where else. And, though I have yet to decipher it’s meaning, it warms me to hear my native language. It’s good to hear it honored. Ye have the gift of me heart and me ear, no mistakin’.

I have been listening to RTÉ for several years, appreciating the variety of music available (mostly on Lyric) and the announcers who select and introduce it and comment upon it. I have been introduced to music I would never have otherwise heard but which have become favorites. The recent redesign is quite good, easy to navigate, especially among the various RTÉ channels, and within each one. The information about the currently-playing music is most welcome (especially ‘through the night’, but all of them). Really quite well done and welcome. Thanks for a reliable listening expereience. Thank you so much for providing this app! I’m an old grandma , originally from Crosshaven, who left home at 19.
I now live in California, and don’t get home as often as I’d like. This app let’s me in on everything going on at home. My 86 year old sister, who lives in Glanmire and I share comments on some shows. We bemoan the antics of some of the characters on Fair City, and both love Ryan Tubridy. Thanks again for making this expat very happy in my old age.
