Description

It is an exercise awareness system based on the RPE Chart, which means Rate of Perceived Exertion. Enter and save the user's three major exercise weights. And you can check the exercise weight of the desired intensity by setting the intensity (RPE) and the number of repetitions (REPS).
If the weight of the three major exercises increases, you can update and increase them at any time.
