Thankful for Romney Ride during the pandemic!!
Romney rides are hands down my favorite- choreography is far superior to anything peloton has to offer. The video quality has improved in some of the more recent workouts. Much more affordable than soul cycle and some of the others. Just wish there was more content! :)
Great workouts...but
I’ve tried a lot of different streaming workouts. So far this is definitely one of my favorites. The app is easy to use & navigate. The workouts are fun & there is a good selection & variety.
I do have one complaint though(hence 3 stars)
So the workout format is doing a bunch of moves on one side of the body & then move to the other. So far in EVERY workout when the instructor gets to the 2nd side she leaves out moves that were done on the first side. That or she doesn’t remember what the move was & does something slightly different. Sometimes it’s only 1 or 2 times in a workout but more often than not it’s several times. I find it very frustrating to have to pause the video to add in the moves she has forgotten.
The absolute best
Romney workouts will always leave you feeling so accomplished!! Great variety with modifications for all levels, this app has been a complete game changer. I have a peloton I had been using before, and they don’t even compare to the Romney instructors! I know do Romney’s ride classes on my peloton instead :) Recommend 100%!!
