Nice!!!

Having to use phone for deals can be a problem for those who don’t carry phone on them all the time. Especially with having rewards card or phone number in system. BUT, the associates here at the Olympia 76 are truly awesome and always helpful. Thank you associate Ken!!!

Clunky, don’t waste your time

The app is so clunky and not user friendly, I’m a pretty advance in tech, it’s not that I can’t navigate it, it’s that it’s too annoying and I imagine ppl who aren’t great with tech will not know how to use.
Paying through the app is just ehh, when you’re at the gas station who wants to do all of that with a long line, we just wanna pull upC enter out number, pay then leave. Savings offered aren’t that great…overall, if you want higher user-ship make it simple. The app is a waste of space and has been deleted.
It’s crazy that you can’t earn rewards through entering your phone number like all other gas stations…there is no competitive edge with this app. I wouldn’t recommend.

Points are not adding up

Since I moved to the new crew card from kickback card I’ve lost so many points, I use the new card almost daily thinking it’s adding up points but it turns out it’s not doing so, today when asked the cashier to use my points in my purchase I found out that the card hasn’t been adding any points for almost a month and we couldn’t even use the transferred points from the old card (kickback)!!! I had to swip my old card in order to use or receive points, and the weird part is that the new points will be shown in the crew card if used the old card.

Please contact the customer service number (1-888-339-7064) on the back of the Rocket CREW card to transfer your existing KickBack points over to your new Rocket CREW card. As long as your KickBack points card is enrolled in your name, they can assist you. Thank you!
