Rize is an innovative platform to facilitate the entire rental process. The unique feature we offer is "Rent Now, Pay Later" which provides tenants with flexibility and comfort, and ensures landlords receive their rent in advance.
With Rize, the tenant can convert their annual rent into 12 easy monthly installments, while the property owner receives the full rent in one lump sum upfront, which benefits both parties, and all this while being Sharia Compliant.
