River Rewards‪™‬ 4+

My husband & I had a late lunch/early dinner at MacKenzie River this week. Loved the atmosphere! We were greeted by a friendly face upon entering the establishment. Our server arrived shortly after we were seated. She had to attend a Manager’s meeting so Rusty became our server. Extremely friendly, told us about the menu & took our order. Our food arrived piping hot & rather quickly. Rusty was very attentive but not pushy. We will definitely go back. Rusty also explained the reward system which was a nice touch.

Rebecca who was our server was absolutely amazing!! Wonderful service and so friendly. We also noticed Eric serving other tables and he was so personable to everyone! Crystal the Manager is a wonderful asset to the company and restaurant. Great team at the Great Falls location!!! Only reason we will continue to come back!! Service with a smile really does matter!!

App and store problem
When I ordered for delivery, the app said the wait time would be 83 minutes. When I change from delivery to pick up because I don’t want to wait an hour +, the app said the wait would be 27 minutes. So I change from delivery to pick up in 27 minutes and proceeded without any delays, to order my food. After I selected my food and entered my debit card, I clicked enter and the app said your order will be ready at 6:33 PM which was NOT 27 minutes later but 60 minutes later. An hour later. This is deceptive. And there is nothing you can do about it but contact the store and cancel the order.
