Love Rise up and the App is awesome for ordering ahead
App is great, service is not
The app is easy to use & has some great features, but ordering ahead is useless if the baristas aren’t updating the status of your order. I never know if my coffee is ready or not since the status never changes past “order preparing”, even when the timer counts all the way down to 0 minutes. I was hoping this app would eliminate the uncertainty of online orders, as in the past they seem to have no rhyme or reason to their timing & can take 5 to over 30 minutes to prepare, but even with a great app it’s still anyone’s guess when your order will be ready.
Predatory Checkout Process
Won’t allow you to purchase the exact order total with your credit card. Instead forces you to buy a 25, 50, 100 card so you always have a balance that you can’t spend.
Often glitches when trying to select the store location.
