Scammy
You have to preload money into a “wallet” on the app. But once the money is in the wallet you can’t get it back. Minimum you can load is ten dollars so if the ride cost five you still have five locked away and you’re unable to access it.
Slow
The scooter was at 50% and was going pretty slow compared to another one that was at 70% I understand that the battery was low but you still have half a battery I would have imagined for it to still have a good speed

Omg !! This was the highlight of my trip. The scooter goes fast. I loved that I can pause my ride leave so that I can go shopping.
